Welcome—I’m Kara, founder of Graceful Growth Therapy, LLC. My journey into counseling began when I saw the deep need for emotionally safe, spiritually grounded support. I was drawn to create a space where individuals and families could process life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and hope. I specialize in faith-based counseling, emotional wellness for all ages, and support for families navigating life’s transitions. My practice integrates Biblical principles with practical therapeutic tools—offering clients the option to explore scripture, prayer, and spiritual reflection as part of their growth. I often use feelings charts, art therapies and EMDR therapy to help clients express themselves with confidence and ease. Whether you're facing grief, anxiety, relationship struggles, or simply seeking deeper emotional insight, my goal is to provide a space where grace leads and growth follows.
